Associate Technical Analyst

See yourself identifying the needs of our clients, defining the technical requirements, building an implementation plan, testing, and implementing the hardware and related software in our working environment. Envision participating and setting standards in projects as well as diagnosing and resolving problems on workstations, networks, plant computer systems, servers, and other new technologies.
Primary Functions
- Recognize ongoing hardware and software updates to keep up with the demands of our customers and new technology
- Participate in the installation and configuration of workstations, computer systems, servers and other new technologies
- Diagnose and repair any workstation, computer systems, server, or any new technology problems that may arise
- Utilize cross functional teams to help resolve issues that arise
- Utilize basic fundamentals of Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
Duties and Responsibilities
Training
Your initial training will include Continual Improvement Process training which will provide a common language and understanding of our commitment to meeting agreed-upon customer expectations 100% of the time. You will also receive New Hire Orientation which will provide an introduction to:
- Policies and procedures
- IT support
- Safety
- Communication best practices
- Benefits
- Performance reviews
- Compensation
- Accounting reporting
- Brief business unit overviews
The company also provides continued professional training opportunities that support critical thinking and decision making, communication, interpersonal, customer service and technical skills. Courses range from Excel Advanced, Business Writing and Grammar, Dale Carnegie Leadership Training, Meat Science Training, DISC Behavioral Styles, Presentations that Deliver, Maximizing Your Writing, and Leading Purposeful and Engaging Meetings.
