See yourself providing the sales and marketing group with the sales volume, profit information, and analysis required to successfully manage the business to meet both business unit and company goals. Opportunities exist to participate in the corrective actions undertaken by business unit management to improve profitability and monitor the accuracy of the period financial reporting, as well as weekly and period performance reporting.

Primary Functions 

  • Provide analysis and recommendations to division which includes profitability by product, customer, deduction management and expense/cost analysis
  • Participate in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of information systems and insure accuracy of the existing information systems in the revenue area
  • Quickly develop an understanding of the industry and division, which is necessary to make accurate analyses and provide effective recommendations
  • Work hand in hand with the revenue and cost accounting teams to ensure that any recommendations are in the best interests of the entire corporation

Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Communicate effectively: keep all parties informed of issues and conditions in the area that will require more detailed attention
  • Timely follow through: insure all period closing activities are coordinated as necessary to generate period financial statements in an accurate and timely manner
  • Drives change: lead division in the design, implementation and continuous improvement by maintaining consistency and accuracy for the division
  • Increase skill sets: educate the business unit personnel as it relates to the information provided from the information group
  • Inspire employees: lead and/or participate in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of information systems and insure accuracy of the existing information systems in the revenue area
  • Time management: organize and utilize time effectively to allow for completion of projects and duties and attendance in meetings all within the specified date and time.

Your initial training will include Continual Improvement Process training which will provide a common language and understanding of our commitment to meeting agreed-upon customer expectations 100% of the time.  You will also receive New Hire Orientation which will provide an introduction to:
