    Ingredients
  • 1 JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Tequila Lime Turkey Breast Tenderloin
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot
  • 1 serrano chile, seeded and minced, if desired
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded jalapeño jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
    Directions
  1. Cut tenderloin in half horizontally to make a pocket for stuffing. Combine all ingredients and place inside pocket. Tie closed with kitchen string. Place in a baking dish. Bake at 325ºF for 1 hour 10 minutes, then increase the oven to 425ºF for an additional 20 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165ºF is reached.
  2. Tip: for an extra burst of flavor, put chicken stock and lime juice in the baking pan with the tenderloin for a delicious and tender meal.
