(17.3-ounce) package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed in refrigerator

cup egg substitute or 1 egg, beaten

cup apple butter
1/2
pound thinly sliced and finely diced JENNIE-O® Honey Roasted Turkey Breast, from the service deli

cup chopped walnuts, toasted

ounces brie cheese, cut into 18 pieces

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Remove pastry sheets from package. Working with 1 sheet at a time, roll out slightly and cut each into 9 smaller squares. Brush squares with beaten egg and spread each with apple butter.

Toss diced turkey with walnuts. Put turkey mixture in the center of each pastry square. Top with a piece of cheese. Fold pastry over diagonally to form a triangle, pressing edges to seal.

Pinch together the two corners on the folded edge of the pastry and place the tortellini-shape pastry on baking sheet.

Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
