(24-ounce) package JENNIE-O® All Natural Turkey Breast Tenderloin

tablespoons butter

tablespoons flour

cups milk

cup frozen peas, thawed

(2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained

teaspoon poultry seasoning
freshly ground pepper

hot baked potatoes, split

Cut turkey tenderloin across grain to make 2 1/2 x 1/2-inch strips. In skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Sprinkle flour over tenderloins.

Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add 1 to 2 teaspoons oil. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.

Place tenderloin in hot skillet. Brown on both sides. Add 1/3 cup liquid. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, covered, 35 to 40 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

Stir in milk, cook 3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in peas, pimiento, poultry seasoning and pepper into thicken milk. Spoon sauce over hot baked potatoes.

Top with warm turkey.
