For Tzatziki Sauce:

In small bowl combine yogurt, sour cream, cucumber, mint leaves, salt and pepper, if desired. Set aside.

Preheat grill on medium heat. Place frozen burgers 4 inches from heat source for 9-10 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F.

In lettuce leaf, place turkey burger. Add tzatziki sauce, red onion, cucumber, spinach, mint and Bibb lettuce top.
