green bell pepper, sliced

small red onion, sliced

teaspoon fajita seasoning

ripened avocado

cup sour cream

cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

hot dog buns or hoagie buns, toasted or warmed

Grill turkey franks until heated through.

In large cast-iron skillet, over medium-high heat, cook bell peppers and onion until lightly charred and crisp tender. Stir in fajita seasoning and cook 1 minute more.

In small bowl, mash avocado with a fork, stir in sour cream, cilantro and lime juice.

Place franks in buns, top with bell pepper mixture. Dollop with avocado mixture.
