(16-ounce) packages JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey

teaspoon kosher salt

cup shredded mozzarella cheese

cup shredded Cheddar cheese

sesame seed buns, warmed
ketchup and mustard, if desired

Prepare grill or griddle for medium heat.

Cook burgers on grill or griddle 14 to 16 minutes or until cooked through. Always cook to well-done 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Sprinkle salt on burgers.

Top with cheeses and place on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.

Heat oven to broil. Broil 5-inches from heat source 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Serve in buns with ketchup and mustard, if desired.
