Prepare rice pilaf mix according to package .

In large skillet, cook carrots, raisins, green onion and garlic in butter until tender. Combine broth and cornstarch in small bowl; add to vegetables. Heat to boiling. Gently stir in turkey; heat until hot. Serve turkey mixture over pilaf.
