In large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally. Add cumin, chili powder, cinnamon, oregano and bay leaves. Stir 1 minute or until fragrant.

Add cocoa powder, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, black beans, corn and turkey. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes or until heated through. Add cilantro.

Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
