cups uncooked macaroni

(12-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Jumbo Turkey Franks, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

tablespoons butter

tablespoons flour

cups milk

cups shredded fat-free cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni as specified on the package or until al dente; drain.

Heat skillet over medium heat. Add turkey franks. Cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally; remove from pan. In same pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour; stir 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in milk. Whisk to remove any lumps.

Cook 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.

Add macaroni and turkey franks; stir to combine.
