heirloom tomato, sliced and cut into half circles

Heat grill to medium high heat.

In small bowl, mix guacamole and Sriracha sauce together.

Wrap 1 slice turkey bacon around each frank.

Secure with 2 wooden picks at each end of frank.

Add wrapped frank to grill and cook 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.

Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

Place tomato on bun bottom. Place frank on tomato and top with guacamole.
