In medium bowl, combine jerk seasoning, mayonnaise, turkey and celery.

In medium bowl, combine pineapple, sugar, lime juice, ginger and thyme.

Spoon turkey mixture onto each tortilla. Top with pineapple salsa. Fold in half to serve. Serve with lime wedges and thyme, if desired.
