tablespoons light mayonnaise

tablespoons yellow mustard

Form ground turkey into 5 patties. Cook 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Melt cheese on top.

Mix together mayonnaise, mustard and honey. Spread mayo mixture on buns. Place turkey burger in each bun. Serve with a pickle.
