(8.5-ounce) package corn muffin mix, prepared according to package directions

slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon

to 3 chipotle peppers, finely chopped

(8-ounce) can corn kernels, drained

cup shredded Mexican cheese
honey butter, if desired

Heat oven to 375°F.

Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine prepared muffin mix, bacon, chipotle pepper, corn kernels and cheese. Spoon into muffin pan.

Bake 18 minutes or until pick inserted into muffin comes out clean.

Serve warm with honey butter, if desired.
