hard-boiled eggs, peeled

cups torn Bibb lettuce

cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved

medium red bell pepper, chopped

slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, chopped and crisp-cooked
Dill Vinaigrette

tablespoons tarragon vinegar

tablespoon chopped fresh dill

teaspoons Dijon mustard

Cut eggs in half lengthwise and place yolks in a small bowl. Set whites aside. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in mayonnaise, dill, garlic, hot pepper sauce, and salt. Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture. Set aside.

On large serving platter arrange lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper and green onions. Arrange eggs on greens. Drizzle with Dill Vinaigrette. Top with bacon.
