Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and barbeque sauce.

To assemble, place tortillas on a flat work surface and layer salad mix, cheese, bacon, tomato, onion, turkey and mayonnaise mixture.

Roll tortillas. Cut each wrap diagonally and serve with additional mayonnaise mixture, if desired.
