pound 8 ounces JENNIE-O® Slow Roasted Dark Turkey, shredded

teaspoon onion powder

ounces shredded cheddar cheese, divided

cups enchilada sauce, divided

whole grain tortillas

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix shredded turkey, cumin, onion powder, 2.5 ounces cheese and 1/2 cup enchilada sauce together.

Spread 1/2 cup turkey mixture down middle of each tortilla. Roll up.

Spread 1 cup enchilada sauce in bottom of 2-inch deep pan.

Lay enchiladas seam side down in pan.

Cover enchiladas with remaining 1 1/2 cups sauce.

Sprinkle remaining 2.5 ounces cheese over enchiladas.

Bake 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling and cheese is melted.
