cup olives, pitted and coarsely chopped

Cook pasta according to package and let cool.

In large bowl, combine cucumber slices, onion, olives, red bell pepper, tomatoes, olive oil, lemon peel, lemon juice, salt, red pepper flakes and parsley.

Stir in cooled pasta and top with feta cheese. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
