(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast

(15 to 16-ounce) can great northern beans, drained and rinsed

cup finely crushed saltine crackers

tablespoons barbeque sauce

teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

egg, lightly beaten

leaves lettuce

whole-grain hamburger buns, split

teaspoons barbeque sauce
sliced tomato, if desired
sliced onion, if desired

Prepare grill. In large bowl, mix turkey, beans, cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce, pepper and egg. Shape into 5 patties.

Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

Place lettuce and patties on bun bottom. Spread patty with remaining barbeque sauce. Top with tomato and onion, if desired. Cover with bun tops.
