(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey

(8-ounce) package WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE Spicy, divided

cup panko breadcrumbs

teaspoon salt, if desired

teaspoon cumin

teaspoon black pepper

tablespoon oil
1/2
cup mayonnaise

teaspoons canned chipotles in adobo sauce, minced

hamburger buns
lettuce leaves, tomato slices, guacamole

Heat grill to medium-high heat.

In bowl, combine turkey, ½ cup guacamole, breadcrumbs, salt, cumin and black pepper; mix well. Form into four patties. Brush patties with oil.

Place patties on grill. Grill 7 minutes or until well browned on bottom. Turn. Grill 7 minutes longer or until patties are cooked through. Always cook to 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and chipotles. Serve burgers on buns with chipotle-mayo mixture and lettuce. Serve remaining guacamole with burgers.
