(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey

tablespoons taco seasoning mix

cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed

cups shredded romaine lettuce leaves

cup halved red and yellow cherry tomatoes

avocado, sliced

cup ranch dressing

cup tortilla strips

Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

Add seasoning and water. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in black beans.

Arrange lettuce on individual serving plates or one platter. Top with turkey mixture, tomatoes and avocado slices. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with tortilla strips.
