cup orzo pasta

(14.5-ounce) can low-sodium chicken broth

tablespoon finely grated lemon zest

clove garlic, minced

cup finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese

cup chopped fresh basil

In large skillet, melt butter with oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey in a single layer in the hot skillet. Continue to cook 2 minutes on each side.

Add orzo pasta, chicken broth, lemon zest and garlic to skillet. Reduce heat to simmer.

Cook, covered 15 to 20 minutes stirring once. Orzo should be tender and turkey 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Always cook to well-done.

Stir in cheese, basil and lemon juice.
