(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Seasoned White Turkey Patties

slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, halved

cup diced tomatoes
1/2
teaspoon chopped fresh chives
1/4
teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
1/4
teaspoon chopped fresh basil leaves

leaves torn romaine lettuce

tablespoon olive oil

tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise

cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

tablespoons garlic butter

slices Texas toast

Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Place burger patties in hot skillet. Cook approximately 15 to 17 minutes turning occasionally (2-3 times). Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

In medium skillet, heat tomatoes, chives, thyme and basil over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes or until tomatoes are cooked, stirring occasionally.

In food processor, place lettuce, oil, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Process until smooth.

Spread garlic butter on each side of bread. On hot griddle pan, cook bread 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Spread lettuce pesto on one side of each slice of toast. Top toast slices with turkey patties, bacon and tomato mixture. Add remaining toast slices.
