large purchased pumpkin pie
Whipped cream
Cinnamon for sprinkling, if desired
Using a 2-inch biscuit cutter, cut out and remove rounds from pie to a serving platter. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
Kitchen tip: Using a small cookie scoop, scoop up remaining pumpkin pie scraps and place on a waxed paper lined tray. Insert a lollipop stick or skewer in each. Freeze 30 minutes. Dip or roll each in melted white candy coating. Decorate with fall sprinkles, if desired.
