In saucepan, mix quinoa with chicken broth and water. Bring to boil and cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until cooked. Fluff with fork and cool.

In 6 shaker containers, layer quinoa, carrots, turkey, ham, romaine, tomatoes and cheese. Serve with Italian dressing.
