bell peppers, tops and cores removed

(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey

packet gluten free taco seasoning

cup water

cup canned black beans

cups shredded cheddar cheese

cup sour cream

cup salsa

Heat oven to 350°F. Place peppers cut side up in baking dish just large enough to hold them upright.

Prepare ground turkey according to package directions. Season ground turkey with taco seasoning. Add water. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Remove from heat. Stir in black beans and cheese.

Fill peppers with turkey mixture. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
