(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Hot Turkey Breakfast Sausage Roll

(15-ounce) carton southwestern flavor cholesterol-free egg product

(13.8-ounce) package refrigerated whole grain pizza crust

cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
salsa, if desired

Heat oven to 400°F.

Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Place patties in hot skillet. Turn occasionally and cook approximately 15 to 17 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

Add eggs to sausage and cook until eggs are cooked. Remove filling from stove top and cool.

Unroll pizza crust onto a clean work surface. Top crust with shredded cheese and sausage and egg mixture.

Roll pizza crust jelly-roll style. Cut dough into 1-inch pieces. Place spiral slices onto parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serve with salsa for dipping, if desired. Makes 12 spirals.
