tablespoons melted butter

cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs

cup butter

tablespoons flour
1/4
chopped onion

cloves garlic, minced

cup evaporated milk

cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese

teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4
teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste

(10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Lightly spray a 1-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In small bowl stir together melted butter and breadcrumbs. Set aside.

In skillet over medium-high heat, melt ¼ cup butter. Add flour.

Cook, stirring, until mixture turns paste-like.

Add onion. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring, or until onions are softened.

Add garlic. Cook 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Slowly add milk, stirring, until thickened.

Mix in cheese, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Stir in spinach. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until well combined.

Heat broiler to HIGH.

Transfer spinach mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with bread crumb mixture. Broil 3 to 5 minutes, or until breadcrumbs are golden.
