To make dressing, in jar with tight-fitting lid combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic and salt and pepper, if desired.

Shake to combine.

To make salad, arrange baby greens, turkey, cranberries, pecans, apple, onion and cheese on serving plate. Drizzle with dressing.
