(20-ounce) JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Boneless Turkey Breast Tenderloins

chipotle pepper in adobo sauce

cup fat-free mayonnaise

teaspoon lemon juice
1/4
teaspoon granulated garlic

slices crusty bread, toasted

ripe avocado, sliced

cup shredded Swiss cheese

Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add 1 to 2 teaspoons oil. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.

Place tenderloins in hot skillet. Brown on both sides. Add ⅓ cup liquid. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, covered, 35 to 40 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

Shred turkey; set aside.

In blender put chipotle pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic; blend until smooth.

Spread each bread slice with mayonnaise mixture. Top with avocado, turkey, roasted pepper and cheese. Place on baking sheet. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
