(8-ounce) can crescent roll dough

cups shredded frozen hash browns, thawed

cups egg substitute or 12 eggs

slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, cooked and chopped

cup shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350°F.

Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently.

Spray 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Place crescent roll dough in bottom of pan, pinching seams together to seal.

Spread hash browns over dough. In mixing bowl, whisk eggs and pour over hash browns. Top with crumbled bacon.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven until melted.
