Mix yogurt, Sriracha, garlic, lemon juice, pepper and cilantro in a bowl. Set aside.

Preheat oven on high broil setting. Place frozen burgers on broiler pan and position 4 inches from heat source.

Preheat skillet on medium heat. Cook frozen burgers in a small amount of vegetable oil 7-9 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F.

Spread Sriracha sauce on bun bottom.

Add turkey burger, tomato and lettuce.

Replace bun top.
