(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Chorizo Seasonings Turkey Sausage

eggs or 2 cups egg substitute

tablespoons milk

ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided

(6-inch) whole grain tortillas

cup salsa verde

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium heat.

Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

Spray skillet, with non-stick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. In bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add eggs to skillet. Cook scrambled eggs to soft stage. Stir in sausage crumbles and 3 ounces cheese.

Spoon egg mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up tortilla and place in 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Add salsa verde to each tortilla. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
