(2 to 2.5 pound) package JENNIE-O® OVEN READY™ Boneless Turkey Breast

1/2 cups frozen vegetable mix, thawed

(20-ounce) tub HORMEL® Loaded Mashed Potatoes, heated according to package directions

cup shredded Swiss cheese

Add one cup water to the bottom of slow cooker. Place turkey breast in the slow cooker. Cut three 1/2-inch slits in the top of the cooking bag. Cook for approximately 4 hours with the slow cooker on HIGH setting.

Chop turkey. Place in large bowl. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray

Heat gravy from turkey package according to package directions. Add to turkey. Add vegetable mix.

Spoon into baking dish.

Spread mashed potatoes over turkey mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
