(19.5-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Hot Italian Turkey Sausage, cooked and cut into 2-inch pieces

(1-pound) box penne pasta

tablespoons olive oil

pint cherry tomatoes

cups broccolini, chopped
1/2
half cup matchstick carrots
3
garlic cloves, sliced
1/2
cup chopped fresh basil leaves

teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2
cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2
cup water

Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.

Place dinner sausage in hot skillet. Cook uncovered, turning occasionally, 17-19 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer. Cut into 2-inch pieces and keep warm.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Keep warm.

In large Dutch-oven, heat oil over medium heat-high heat.

Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes or until blistered.

Add broccolini, carrots and garlic and cook until fragrant. Add pasta, sausage, basil, pepper, cheese and water, tossing to combine.
